With Ketchup, History Tells its Future

We’re big fans of telling the storied history of ketchup and its diverse origins, not just because we love history, but because it’s interesting and relevant. It’s relevant because we firmly believe that ketchup’s history is also its FUTURE.

Here are two recent news items that convey this very point.

These are both such fitting stories, as diners and food consumers become not only more interested in what they are eating and where their ingredients come from, but also understanding the historic relevance in how certain foods came to be what they are today.

It’s an enlightenment of the mind and of the palate! And we could not be more excited to be a part of this movement.
